Open the "Fantasy Grounds II" group on the Windows start menu.
Select the "Application Data Folder" shortcut.
Open the "tokens" folder.
The folder you are viewing contains two subfolders used as the source location of token images available in all campaigns you host.
The "host" subfolder contains tokens only viewable by the Gamemaster.
The "shared" subfolder contains tokens available to all session participants.
Locating the campaign token folder
Open the "Fantasy Grounds II" group on the Windows start menu.
Select the "Application Data Folder" shortcut.
Open the "campaigns" folder.
Open the folder named after the campaign whose image folder you are locating.
Open the "tokens" folder.
The folder you are viewing will be used as the source location of tokens available only in the campaign selected. These tokens will
only be available to the Gamemaster.
Adding your own tokens
Locate the general token folder and navigate to the desired subfolder, or locate the campaign token folder.
Place new image files into the folder. The recommended format for tokens is PNG, due to its good support for transparent and translucent images.
The new tokens will be available the next time the application is started.
